Finally started my swap! Running out of time this weekend was the biggest issue but I feel like I got quite a bit accomplished.
Interior, trans, and exhaust are out.
Installed the flywheel/torqued it down so I can dial indicate the bell housing some time next weekend.
Going to begin work on my pedals next(just ordered bushings).

Out of curiosity, what did everyone do for the master cylinder mount?
I am going to give the DSE mount a go, but was curious about others.

Going to try and get the bell housing in on Thursday night as well as the pedals--need to modify them first though. I need to push the pivot out of the brake pedal for my hydroboost brake yoke.
Then drill and get the clutch pedal ready.
I will be drilling down from the pivot 2 inches. My clutch pedal: pivot to pad center is 11.5 inches.

Recieved my dse bracket. It's a nice piece. I won't be welding it in but will make sure the hole is sealed.
It fits my master perfectly as well.
Waiting in pedal bushings.... Sad that summit in reno can get parts here faster than classic down in Los Angeles

I used the McLeod master cylinder kit, came with firewall bracket, fit like a glove.

Got the pedals mounted, bell housing bolted up(although I may need to install longer dowels) I will confirm Saturday.
I do have the lakewood weld in dowel locators so I'll never have to do this again hopefully. It should make life easier and they make more sense to me.
Dse bracket is painted and ready--i welded 1/4 bolts to act like studs so the master is easier to install. I do need to figure out where to drill the hole for the rod still though.

Once the bracket is installed it’s pretty self explanatory where and what angle to drill the hole through firewall.

That is what I am hoping. I had to let it dry last night so I couldn't get it back in the car which I will be doing today.
I will mount the master--make a witness mark and then drill the hole.
I also ordered a remote bleed line and a -4 clutch line(36 inches hopefully it isn't too long or short) I forgot to measure, so we will see.
