Hi there! My name is Bas and I'm from Rotterdam (Holland).
For three years now I own a 1970 Camaro. When I bought it, it was a SS, although my registration papers said RS.
Anyhow, the VIN code sais it is the standard version of the 1970 Camaro.
Last september I was cruising on the highway to go to a American car meeting when a head gasket blew. This was (after a number of technical problems) the last straw for me. I decided to do a complete restauration.

So this where I am after a few months!
I have to say that I just love this site and will try to regularly post some pictures of my project progress.

Well, we make sport cars like Spyker and Donkervoort and also make trucks like DAF-trucks. It's a small country...

It looked like a solid car, but after stripping it became clear that the car has earlyer been "restored" the bondo way

Nice car, looking forward to seeing the progress. I've been to the Netherlands quite a few times as my first wife was Dutch. Good luck, will be checking in often!!
