    you are very skilled fabricator and your tig weld looks sharp!
    so why you didnt bulid custom headers.!?

    He said earlier that he has known people who have turbo headers and they wound up cracking

    Even well made headers tend to crack. Problem is each pipe heats and expands at different rates. The end result is always the same. Cracks. They do look nice though...

    A bit more done tonight, I made a new fan shroud out of aluminum. Pretty straight forward, had to do a few notches for plumbing and the BOV.

    Installed the intake merge pipe and BOV properly for the first time. Fits good. I painted it black but may go back to brushed finish.

    you are going to want way more cooling than that one fan will give, unless this is a drag car only. If this is a street car I'd re-think that part now. There is no way that one fan will keep your engine cool at slow speeds, especially with the underhood heat of twin turbos.
