Does anybody know of a manufacturer that can make harmonic balancers with undersized crank hubs? I have an eagle crank that was machined a little too small, and the balancer I was going to use doesn't provide enough interference fit. I need one that is about .001-.002" under.

ATI s are known for being on the small side.

Like twg says, ATI's usually have to be honed to fit, they are intentionally under sized. Another solution is that you can buy sleeves in various thicknesses.

Those sleeves are only for when the timing cover seal wears a groove in the outside of the balancer hub, aren't they?
