So, I haven't posted in awhile on my build. Had some personal issues along with waiting on parts and a coveted date with Kooks to get my exhaust installed.

Update: I dropped off my Camaro at the Kook's R&D facility today in Mooresville, NC. They are going to install 3" 304 ss from the headers back. X-pipe with their "special" chambered muffler they only use for "in-house projects".

One of the other "projects" they recently accepted is the Mustang belonging to Chuck of the show "street Outlaws", if your familiar with that show. It was up on a lift next to mine. They brought this car in from Oklahoma. Go figure - I would have thought that someone between here and there could weld up some stainless...I guess it just serves to reinforce the reputation of Kook's.

And to that end, I will add that they are top notch in every respect. I spent an hour with no less than six people (technicians and engineers) going over my car and discussing options. Their knowledge, expertise, and craftsmanship is unmatched. I will post some pictures when it is finished.

For some reason I thought you were mini tubbed with the Q-link. You need a massive tire with all that LS power!

It may sound dumb, but I have not cranked it yet. Still have a little wiring to do - maybe this weekend.

Yep, I took some measurements when I special - ordered my wheels. Trying to get the biggest tire I could without rolling the fenders, but it looks like I can still go up at least one size.

Looks great...I love the SS look. I purchased the Pypes 3" kit in SS and I think that the SS has a great sound to it vs regular mild steel.
