Where is the best place to look for leaking water into the trunk after I hose the car off? Around the taillights.....New taillight gasket? Trunk weatherstripping?

Could stick you're phone in trunk and do a video of what's going on.

Or lay down some paper towel down around the perimeter of the inside of the trunk and see what gets wet. then work it from there.

Tail lights, weather stripping, and rear window are the main culprits.

    Good luck.

Start with a garden hose at the lowes point and work you way up until you find the source.

I have some that gets in by the tail light gaskets. Just another thing for the to-do list!

Will new tail light gaskets take care of it?

No sense of adventure...climb in and close the trunk or have a kid do it. I was in my teens when I did this, but I'd still do it now in my 40's (I'm 6'3" and 190#). I had my brother hit it with a hose while I played a flashlight around. Mine was the window.
