No, not by an adult beverage. The weather smashed us last night. West Tenn was a lot worse with a terrible loss of life and property but I thought we were done for too. The weather alarm went off at 2:35am, it started hailing about 2:40am and quit hailing about 3am. The yard and deck was white with hail, but small stuff. Man, talk about lightning, dang it man. The house was shaking about every 20 seconds. I still need to check out the roof for damage.

Yep, we were on alert all night long at my plant. I work right under a 300ft tall (IIRC) communications tower and needless to say it's scary when they say we have a night of 70mph winds and major storms and there's these huge ass 12 foot wide microwave dishes (wind catchers) still up on top of that tower. Not to mention my Camaro sits right next to it outside for now, and I heard the hail was supposed to get real bad too.

It seemed to pass by with not too much force as predicted though. Phew!!! :D

We got the left overs from those strings of storms, had some hail but not bad(marble size)....listening to the radio it sounded like they were expecting us to get more than we did. The wind is still blowing pretty good today. Glad to hear you made out alright.
