We used to do that to all the new kids that just started where I used to work, still funny.

I helped a friend put an engine into his brothers pickup. The only reason I did was he needed it out of his garage and had done a LOT of favors for me in the past. His brother was an a$$. That's why he wanted it gone. His brother had gouged the guy selling the engine so I didn't feel bad about the birthday candles I dropped down the exhaust manifolds. That truck smoked like a freight train for a couple of weeks until the candles burned off.
Kid showed me that this morning. Yeah, I agree with both too.
Big difference between making a knocking noise, laughing and letting the guy in on it, vs that. Gotta draw the line between funny and malicious. I'd laugh with the first one, second one would be dealt with another way.
