Seems the VA kits are set-up for the SBC brackets, what kit do I buy for an LS engine?

Vintage Air sells a front runner setup for the LS that is nice and compact. Holley also has factory looking brackets.

I had to ask for an "upgrade" from the VA dealer. They basically swapped brackets for the correct ones and shipped it with LS kwik performance AC bracket. Cost an extra $150 over the sbc price.

They didn't have it listed, I had to ask for it over the phone when talking with the salesperson.

I did the same thing Dennis did and called them to order what I needed based on what I was running and the fact I was using the Holley accessory drive kit. That also changed the AC hose fittings to some degree, so you might ask them to swap out the OEM install hose fittings with some that work properly.

I bought the unassembled hose kit so I could make them the way I wanted
Also didn't buy the kit so I didn't get any brackets just picked the parts alacart.

    Evap kit
    Condensor kit
    Compressor for the holley bracket
    Unassembled hoses.

Only thing I have to buy is the triniary switch

I think I want to use the Holley brackets to keep the ZoEM match

I used the EZ-Clip hose to do the lines, it's more expensive, but it's smaller in diameter , more flexible and will bend a tighter radius, and you can install the fittings yourself. The fittings can also be disassembled later if need be, you'll just need to replace the clips which are only a few bucks.

    The VA part numbers are:
    Bright finish
174014 with power steering with pump
174016 with power steering without pump
    175015 no power steering
    Black hardcoat finish
    174011
    174017
    175011
This setup includes compressor, water pump, alternator and a lot of other parts.

I guess you will be using electric fans since your installing LS engine. Certain compressor type works better with electric fans and the other type works best with mech. Fan. Ask dealer and or VA about that. Also review which side of engine compressor mounts on with the brackets you choose. The standard VA brackets for SBC from VA mount compressor on drivers side like Chevy did. I prefer compressor on passenger side so hoses don't cross over engine. If you change brackets to relocate compressor make them change the hard lines from the condesor to match.
