My cousin is freaking out her inlaws gave her husband his service pistol and asked me if I’d take it off their hands. (His parents brought it from Florida, we are in Illinois, I have a FOID card, him & her don’t.)

I originally was excited and thought WW2 1911, then he showed me this.
    Browning 1903?
I’m supposed to go after work & pick it up but not sure what’s a fair price for it & want to do a little research ahead of time.

It looks like something in a holster to me. I'd like to see a picture of the gun.

That won’t happen till this afternoon.
I figure being we know it’s a military WW2 handgun, it could be narrowed down by what’s shown.

Both of them aren’t anti gun, just are afraid to touch it because his grandpa was known for leaving them loaded.

From the looks of the handle and the back end, appears to be a .45 of some kind--Browning possibly or ?? Gotta be worth $200.------Ha
