wife gone, grill time for the family

    Well the wife is off to some scrap booking thing for the weekend. I think this is where they dance around a black cauldron and pray to some paper diety. Oh well me and the kiddos are going to get our grub on with some grilled chicken.

    Looks tasty. I'm throwing a pair of 18 oz Rib steaks on the grille in about an hour. Then, I'll eat until I die. ;)

    Oops, I messed up yesterday. I took 2 Tbone steaks out of the freezer instead of 2 rib steaks. Oh well, they taste the same when I'm finished grilling them.

    Ok, next weekend im posting pics of a smoked tri tip or brisket. And streak tacos it is for tonight. Making salsa ranchero and bought all the supplies after the sons baseball game.

    Yes. The weber kettle sits next to the gas grill. Was out of charcoal. The smoker also sits next to the gas grill(takes tonlong for an evening grill time), wow after a year you would think i would have fulfilled my promise of more pics. I failed.......
