Just to give you an idea, mine made 672 rwhp on the same chassis dyno and 760 fwhp on my engine dyno which I know is accurate since I calibrated it regularly. I suspect your engine dyno was a little "tuned up". I have pretty much the same driveline with an 18" 335 tire.

Those are nice numbers and only about a 12% loss. Could you expand on "tuned up" a little... I think I know what you mean, but not sure.

I'm guessing the dyno may not be calibrated properly, they tend to drift out of calibration over time. The numbers from the engine dyno are likely generous. I had issues with my dyno doing the same thing, I noticed it with an engine combination I had built many times that made 40 hp more.

I guess that is a possibility, but it was dynoed at Westech. As much work as they do and with their notoriety, I would like to think they stuff is right...

Hard to say, I'm just sharing my own experience, I'm certainly not accusing anyone of skewing the numbers intentionally.
I've had a half dozen cars on Ryan's rollers and they are always around 15% loss with a manual trans and 9". My car is slightly better, most likely because of the 3rd member.

That's cool. I appreciate your input.

RPM knows their stuff. I was happy with what they did...
