Thanks guys we'll try for a happy medium with the Z plates. The exhaust rocker on #4 is about 1/3 of the roller width off center, so hopefully they will both be good enough splitting the difference ?

Studs are all laser straight with each other and at same height. It is what it is so adjusting it to reduce valve guide wear and noise would be best.

Rocker studs are all new ARP 134-7104 no issues straight, rockers are all new Pro Magnum no issues. Machine shop used is highly respected no issues with machine work. When I say it doesn't align up I mean it's on the valve stem but canted to the left (outward) not centered on valve stem. Strange...

72Zed Thanks, yes I do have the room with my cowl hood, does the ST4150-4AL have a good advantage over an open spacer on the top end of power curve as well.

Muscl I have one of those in a Wilson box, are you running that on top of the RPM A/G ? If so did it dyno better than a 1" open hole spacer ?

Are you using a 5-30W engine oil ? Could be a light weight engine oil getting thin with temp ? A re-lash after the brake in wouldn't hurt with EOIC method either.
