Same heads as my 421 1 5/8 headers would be plenty big, but the heads have raised D ports so the matchup would be crap.
With that cam I'd think HP...
If you want FT pistons 72cc heads will be right at 10-1 cr. You don't want to be higher than that with pump gas.
Check the DS runout. I had a similar deal with a new shaft, I had to just move the u joints a bit as they were slightly off center.

How much power do you want to make? I'd want something with a bigger CSA unless you're only gonna turn it to 5500.
At what rpm does your timing start to advance. It has to be above your idle speed.
Should have more vacuum. How much vacuum in neutral? Might need more timing.
What are the specs on the cam, how much initial timing?
These are his small block heads.
Sound like the same heads I have & they are supposed to be 213cc.
