ok spliced the wire back in and replaced the battery still no start..it has power just not cranking at all...possible starter solenoid?
Thanks for the suggestions. I will go head and do the splicing tomorrow after work and replace the battery just to be safe. Hopefully this works...

yeah I do have power to my dash, lights, radio etc...gonna go over fuses again just to confirm but from my last check everything is ok fuse wise.
