I was able to test and am getting 12 volt at the orange wire on the door that has the 5 pins for switch. Also tested two grounds off that to door those all seem fine. I unplugged plug to actuator and tried to check that but dont seem to be getting 12 volts there when I press the switch. where...

i replaced plugs already they were bad all gaps were different as well. That made a big difference. I ordered wires but somehow they delievered to wrong address so never got them. autozone is shipping new ones maybe that will help more. Have not touched cap and rotor yet. Im not to sure how to...
yeah its a 78 as well, ok makes me feel better its normal, I dont know how it was before my dad stripped interior and sat for 7 years. have interior all back together almost now. Mine is a type LT as well in Carmine red, still need to get repainted and finish repairing a few pieces of rust.

I dont think this is how its supposed ot be, but anytime key is turned you can hear the blower motor turn on very low. When you turn hvac controls on it goes higher. But if I leave at low it stays same. Any ideas on what could be the issue here?

I already tried that, jacked up started moved lock to lock got a little better but not much. I also sucked all fluid out the reservoir and put in new stuff then turned lock to lock again. Its still jerky when jacked up when driving its not as bad now but not smooth it still is jerky like power...
