Being in management, working with union help is frustrating as hell sometimes. I usually have one or more hands tied behind my back trying to manage a job. I'm sure there are plenty frustrations working the non-union crews too. We'll see. :)

Actually, I will be living in a trailer for a little while, until we find a sweet spot to settle into. I don't mind at all having the temp dip down to snow temperature, it's the 9° lockdown for 3 months that I'm entirely sick of.

Sold my house last week, ran out and got a heck of a deal on a nice trailer the next day (under $4k), and it's all heading south next month. Plan to find work in Charlotte, leaving my snow shovel with the house. Might be driving back and forth 3 or 4 times to get it done.
