The intermediate drum in your trans (if you got it already) may have a "good drum in it. Then you just need to purchase the sprag. Don't put it in upside down! If it doesn't have a good drum, they readily available. Quick search on eBay for example...
Either kit should work for you well.
A TH400 has a notoriously weak sprag. I would advise that you upgrade to a 34 element piece and make sure your intermediate drum has the smooth race. One on right is what you want, not the left. Get a good trans cooler and you should have a solid setup.
