I’ve got an 81 Camaro, that’s been running fine up until last week. I start it and run it at least once every week. Currently it starts up, idles rough, and then dies. After that it won’t start back up. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
I’m sure the car had been sitting for awhile before I got it, so I was thinking the tubing could be gunned up. I will try blowing the jets and hoses out.

Thank you for explaining that. I did have a substantial oil leak a few weeks back and it was coming from oil pressure sensor/switch at the back of the block. I knew it was leaking from there, but wasn’t confident there wasn’t a leak somewhere else so I took it to the shop. I had it replaced...
