The only way to tell would be to check the position of the hole drilled in the spring perch on your axle. I didn't note that when I took the pic.

I'll post pics of mine next week. Original with 65k miles. I'm not sure what it looks like actually.

I was hopeful one of those pics would show that dogleg clip clearly.
Any chance to get a clear look?
Also... is it a captured washer on the brake hose bracket bolt? Pic ?

I didn't get the car back yet but did look at the rear end. It's all painted black including the bolts. I'll post pics next week.

    Mitch- Thanks for that reply.
Thats the bolt I was hoping to see!
That looks like the one I recall holding down the bracket/brake hose on to the dif to cover for sure.
Still hoping to get a confirm on the dogleg clip placement position if possible

Can't go wrong following the assembly manual, 2nd bolt to the right of center line. Plus a picture of somebody's survivor.

    Thanks for those pics guys.
The brake hose clip #9 part number 3975504 is not the one I have unfortunately.
Time to start hunting for one.
My brake hose bracket bolt is correct.
I am assuming the dogleg clip attaches with one of the common standard 11 other cover bolts.

Bolt 12 is longer than the other 11.
