1970 F-41 rear sway bar upper bushing question

Hello, I’m restoring a 1970, with the F-41 suspension option. I have a question about the upper bushings used on the support brackets (pictured). I have found the bushings for the sway bar itself, but can’t find the upper bushing (pictured). The original part number appears to be 3859145. Any info or help would be greatly appreciated!

I used shock absorber bushings to replace mine as I remember. It worked well.

There should be a metal sleeve that goes inside the bushing.

The original part number appears to be 3859145.

I had the same problem finding those bushings for my 73Z. Had to go aftermarket but don't remember who.
As Mitch_Z said, there should be a metal sleeve.
Here's a little info on the rear sway bar bushings in general, including some from Tommy. I used his and they were perfect.

i have 73 z 28 and looking for back sway bars bushing part # . i like to have those in energy suspension but there web site is not user friendly . sway bars and drag link hare powder coat already can i have some input on persons how did find poly or rober bushing for stock sway bars .
