I’m was wondering how you would match the grain.
That turned out even better than I imagined it could.

Fantastic repair! As far as I'm concerned, the hole repair would be harder to do because of the grain, and it's completely visible. Great idea to make two plugs to match the grain even better.
Very very nice work. Kudos. You will be the only one that knows it has been repaired (and readers of this thread).

Nice work! How do you keep the resin from sticking on the molds?
