First off I would never recommend for someone to go through this unless you have the resources, a good relationship with a paint shop, and able to do a lot of the work yourself. You can get so upside down so quick it is unbelievable.
Its beyond belief what someone did to this camaro, I got this text from the painter today.

"Bottom side .. Both of the rear subframe rails are gone .. Some jackass put tin around the and but like jb weld all over it .. Not a problem I'll call see if they have them , if they don't I can make them out of 16 gauge metal .."

New metal pile! What brand did you get? Hope it all fits well with minimal work.

Here is a picture of the patched together frame rail before it was cut open. I missed it when I was looking it over during a pre buy.

The shop decided to make their own rear frame rails, if we ordered them it would have cost us too much time.

We are finally getting all the cancer off the car and can see solid panels what a relief.

Damn, that is some serious frame rail rot. You wouldn't have thought it from the first pics.

I new I was going to replace all four corners from the body line down but not the complete panel. The rear frame rail were a complete surprise.

OMG, thats terrible. In the old days they'd call it a "Detroit" paint job.
