Needless to say the rust had taken it toll so I found nice clean original GM Parts to replace these. I could not find it in my heart to throw them out. So this is where I am now. Not decided if it’s gonna end up a desk of a wall mount with a glass top. I just ordered a Z28 grill emblem being I took the original one off when I bought the car and gave it back to the family of the original owner

    It would be cool to hinge the hood from the front to make a compartment or something inside. Don't know if they make a small refrigerator like a cooler that you could build in to it for beer and snacks.
