Dont make me show THE Picture of me holding a 70-72 BB Fan Shroud
Only if you wear one of those really cool shirts! Ha!!!
I was told a fellow in Albany bought the car.
Here I will help you out chuck. I will post my pictures of a original big block fan shroud.
Interesting... my L78 came from Albany. Same color combo as the car you were talking about.
Did seller say how much he got for it?
No final price was disclosed.
STRANGE, so less than 4 months later the new buyer from Albany area is trying to flip it or decided it was going to cost to much to restore?? However it's a complete car with all the big ticket items, including the impossible to find radiator & fan shroud!
Definitely a twin or brother to my L78.
Price is still way to high, IMHO.. I had a hard time selling my survivor L34 car with no rust for $18K 7 years ago.
Tom, what did this sell for? I can't remember.
Sold for somewhere around 16k...looks like a flip to me.
Or he got some extra pieces and then found out the cost to restore, and is seeing if he can get out with a little money in his pocket, I like how he doesn't mention the engine condition.
