    Mastic what? You apply after install or it’s applied to box and then box to the wall?

    I would use 3M Dumb dumb in strips from Napa to reseal the box.

    Here is some stuff you use on the inside kick panel covers to seal them to the body:

    You can use it for this also, but it won't look original.

    For most original look, there's this:

    followed by a stiff brush to get the lines

    Both sides or just firewall side?

    What connects the hard plastic diffuser vents together? Flex hose? Anyone have pics? Underhood or out of car?

    Yes there is hard black Plastic diffusers at each dash vent and the defrost. Something must attach to those hard plastic diffusers from the heater box under dash.

    flex hose of some type?

    What’s it look like and is it sold?

    I have the 2 cables for the heater control with a tie that holds them someplace under the dash. Not sure which goes where. Which end goes where. Each cable bolts to the controller?

    Anyone have any pictures or AIM diagram?
