I got all the hangars as well from Joe, but sure if they were extra to the cost of the exhaust system or not...just do not recall. Best to just call Joe and ask.
I talked to Joe today, system comes with all pipes and clamps. He does have the hangers available for sale as well so you can get everything you need in one place.

I used Waldron’s on my 78 Z28. I returned it to factory stock. They had the correct resonators and Y pipes. Nice to deal with.

I used the 2-1/2” Thrush/Dynomax transverse muffler system on mine.

I didn’t bother with the pipe hangers.

The whole system is hung from the headers and the factory transverse muffler hangers.

Never had a problem with it mounted that way for 60K miles.

Yes… the tailpipes were a bit long so I had them cut at a 45* angle.

I needed to build adapters because I used shorty headers and I could have got them a bit tighter to the body but they don’t hit speed bumps so I never bothered to mess with them.

Thank you to all that have responded, and COPO for the video links, very helpful!

Has anyone here used the system from D&R or Classic industries? Both look like they would be a good stock replacement without being concours correct and the price point seems very reasonable.
