Is this the location for the tire pressure decal on all Z 28’s regardless of where they were assembled?

While I know this is an original car its an LA assembled vehicle and mine is a Norwood assembled vehicle. Don’t want to put mine in wrong place. Thx

Even though we all know there were differences in cars between the two plants, I assume they both used the same identical assembly manual. These pics are from the '70 Assembly Manual. (FYI....'71 appears to be completely different)

I'm sure the placement varied slightly from car to car as I assume they were placed by hand, just like you're going to do. Charlies decal looks high to me vs what the pics below show, but again, human precision leaves a lot to be desired ;) :bowtie:

    The Sticker is #7 / note A

Norwood had the decals in same location. It varied slightly depending on the person applying the decal that shift/day.

From what I've seen, the square blue GM Mark of Excellence decal was not used on Second Gen Camaros. It was used on First Gen cars.

See ya always learn something new, was just reading and many articles say only the 67 camaro had them installed and that some dealers slapped them on!

The restoration sellers list that blue GM decal as 67-73, but I've never seen one on an original 70-73 Camaro. The Assembly Manual agrees as it doesn't show up anywhere in the manual.

Yes like others have said above, 2nd gen Camaro's did NOT use the blue GM decal.
