I just run across a 73 RS LT Z28 4 speed. From pictures its complete but rusted really bad and Im not sure its savable. What would be a fair offer for something like this. Its numbers matching but hasn't run in 25 plus years. Has all docs with it...

Offer 5K and work from there. It needs a lot of work.

Very cool Z with several great options...gauges, AM-FM, rear speaker, rear defog, clock, custom interior, tinted glass... a guy who liked comfort and speed. Was it a stripe delete car?...I couldn't tell from the buildsheet. Zs with documents and numbers-matching are hard to come by, so even with the rusty body I think it's worth saving...it is definitely an unusual Z.

I understand the gear ratio, the M20 is interesting for a non AC car. If you have a TypeLT Z28,the car did not get stripes ever!

But the Chevelle stripes were an option from the dealer, lol. ;)

Be a perfect candidate for one of the new complete body units they are now making. Sure be a lot of work restoring every little part to put on the new body though.
