You got a good deal on them too!
Looking good, nice detail. How tough was it to adjust door windows? unless i missed it, did not see anything about that, and where did you find the screws at for the outer window sweeps?
No clue... My brother did it all..
The screws are taper head counter sunk phillips headed sheet metal screws about 1/4"-3/8" long.
Adjusting Glass is not very difficult... FIRST get a FISHER BODY MANUAL for whatever year you are working on, next completely clean and correctly lubricate the regulators and tracks ... crack open the fisher manual and follow the instructions.
FWIW most of the time when I sort out someone's restoration I find the tracks have never been cleaned and gear boxes have not been cleaned and relubricated - in the gear boxes I use MOBILE HIGH TACK OPEN FACE GEAR LUBE and on the tracks white lithium grease.
Getting a little closer.
Do you have any updates on your restoration?
So the Camaro gets put on the back burner again we bought the only documented 1971 Black LT1 Corvette. Still has original paint. This car is now in the possession of our family.
Sweet! That is my favourite Corvette body style.
