For sure. I think I've actually still got some "use it or lose it" PTO time this year. Usually use that to take a day here and there and spend it at Dad's working on the Camaro.

The two greatest tools so far for this project: The blast cabinet/air compressor (Dad already had) and the rotisserie. Dad's got a pretty good air compressor, but I know I stress it with the blast cabinet. Usually get about 5 minutes of blasting then 10 minutes of letting the air compressor catch up. Then after 2 or 3 cycles, 30 minutes off to let it cool down.

It's been quite some time since I've posted, looks like over 3 months. I haven't exactly been idle, but there's been several weekends let go because I (we) simply didn't feel like working in the cold. I have installed the inner fenders, along with the the charcoal cannister and the battery tray, and the engine wiring harness is installed along the firewall. Other than that, have completely disassembled the carburetor and gotten it all cleaned up. Probably the next warm Saturday we'll finish the rebuild of the carb. I'm really looking forward to that. Also really looking forward to warmer weather in the coming months.

I've really only got one good picture of the current status available. Here it is:

Really need to start looking into getting at least the doors and fenders patched up and primed. Then she'll REALLY start looking like a car!
