have a 1975 parts car with power window doors that are in excellent shape, has anyone added power windows ? is the wiring harness a pain to recover and re-install ?

interior door latches are different for those that care. it's always nice when the Macho men of the forum chime in.

Adding the power windows is doable. You need to swap over the regulator. The tracks are the same. The wiring harness is a standalone harness that plugs into the fusebox.
