Finally after several years of searching we at Burton Antique Auto Parts/ B&B Reproductions have an exact duplicate of the 1979-1981 Chevrolet Camaro “Z28 Brown” Brushed Aluminum.
Our kits also fit clone Z28s and will lend further Z28 authenticity for those who are driving clones. Each piece in the kit was laser cut with precision and has double-sided tape installed on the back of the pieces for installation. We currently offer these kits:

This price includes the best 3M double-sided tape already applied on the back of each piece and step by step instructions on how to install your brand new pieces. Along with is everything needed for installation including glue, more tape, brushes and steel wool. Along with a Silver “Argent” Paint Pen to redo the silver lining on the original plastic dash bezel!

We are offering a dash restoration service as an option. This includes you sending in your plastic dash bezel and we clean, repaint the silver lining and install the brushed aluminum pieces. Price includes We DO NOT repair broken plastic edges/corners or repair any switches. You may send in your broken dash but it will not be fixed. The price is $400.00 + Tax (Ohio Residents Only) Customer to pay shipping both ways. The photos below show the difference between a restored dash and an original dash. Please call before sending ANY dashes in. We expect a one week work period for each dash.

Rear Defrost Switch Lettering 79-81

We at Burton Antique Auto Parts/B&B Reproductions have the lettering for 1979-1981 Rear Defrost switch available. (Shown in some pictures below) These are vinyl stickers that adhere to the faces of the switch and switch plate. $20.00 + Shipping + (Tax – Ohio Residents ONLY). This will be sent by USPS First Class unless ordered with a dash overlay. We can install these on your switches if you do the dash restoration!

So bezel restoration service + aluminum inserts = $700

Oh No! It's $400 for the inserts AND restoration. It's essentially $300 Inserts + $100 Restoration/Installation = $400

We also will put the r/defog switch label on for you if requested which will add the $20.00 for it. = $420

If you send in your dash and we clean/repaint/install brushed aluminum pieces and install the rear defrost decal the price is $420.
If you would like to install the pieces on your own it would be $320 with the rear defrost decal.

Hey guys keep it mellow, Burton's saw a void in the marketplace, and created a product to help folks out who want it CORRECT..................

We as a community should be supportive of companies willing to take the time to R & D new products and also offer services.\ to the community.

If we don't show support then why would any company continue to push the envelope as per better and new products for our cars?

If you can not or choose not to buy an item thats fine, broadcasting it out on a announcement post is kind of tasteless though.
