1980 Camaro Z28 Speedometer Cable Length

I saw this on this site some where, there seems to be 2 lengths that work, if I remember correctly, it was the routing that made the difference , over or under ? I suppose that you don't have the old one , or you wouldn't be asking this question , I see Rick's (hate them) has 4 of them for that year 41,61,80,100 , HAA HA , I think the 61 and 80 are the right one with the route making the difference in length

 

One way to determine this is take some rope and then measure it out.
