1980 Z28 Cowl Tag / Vin decoding help

Hey guys I got the Vin and cowl tag for this 1980 Z28 I’m interested could I get some help decoding it to make sure it is all real and that the Vin and cowl tag match up!

Also believe that this is not the original motor in the camaro either?

It is a Z28 because the VIN indicates a 350. For 1980, the 350 was available only in the Z28.
The engine appears to be from a 1969 pickup 350/255.
