1981 Z28 Wheel Question

I recently bought a 1981 Z28 from original owner and it has aftermarket wheels on it. I want to put back to stock.

The build sheet says:

Box 89 - AU-TV

Box 90 - Tires - UUCY V7H9

Can anyone help with this? Trying to determine if this is the 15" Rally 5 Spoke Wheel With Trim Ring & Center Cap and if wheel was Blue, Silver or Other? The car is Blue

AU is the GM code for the 5 spoke steel wheel. On an '81, the wheels were painted body color.
