Looking for a spark plug recommendation.
That's what I always used, V-powers with MSD Super Conductors
At 95K Miles, it's time to replace the Optispark and the Waterpump if it hasn't already been done. If it's not bad now, it will be soon

If you've ever considered doing headers, this is a good time. The #8 sparkplug is miserable on that car, swapping the headers might actually shorten the length of the job

Stock fuel pump is junk as well, get a decent Walboro or the likes, and do the aforementioned OptiCrap and Water pump swap. Maybe consider the "hotcam kit" upgrade, with decent headers, my buddy's works well with it.
Swapped out fuel pump already. Died on last owner. Quick swap after cutting access hole.
I the NGK, I just use the V-Power that's spec'd to the car. They last for 100K miles, no reason to mess with the magic
