nice car! I've had mine since 1978. How big is the American car culture in Sweden? I sold my 68 el camino to a dealer based in Los Angeles whos from Sweden named Magnus too. he said he ships 300 or so cars a year to Sweden. Thats where my 68 ended up in 2017. if you happen to see a 68 el camino, ss hood, bench seat column shift 327 th350 disc brakes 10 bolt with sway bars AC, paint was red faded to pink. Ask if it came from Arizona. jim

Beautiful car. 4,700 hours? That's like 40 hours a week for two and a half years straight. Talk about commitment.

Lots of work but the results were worth it!
The Z28 wheels and proper stripes were definite improvements.

I just realized I've had my '80 for 30 years... Hard to believe it's been that long.

When I started my '71 it was a $100.00 wreck! No engine, transmission, etc. Had it 33 years. And I painted the stripes Dark Sapphire metallic over the #10 "Bright White" white. Guy that had it before me painted it "Arctic White" and looked like he used masking tape to stripe it!

    I miss that car!

Well we have had our Camaros roughly the same amount of time...yours is heads and shoulders above my car. Mine is still a rust bucket.
