2010 Camaro Seat In 2nd Gen

I recently purchased a set of 2010 Camaro seats for my 2nd Gen. The "new" driver's seat has wiring harness for the motors, heat, airbag, etc. I have attached a pic of the wiring harness plug. In order to "run" the power seat or at least test it, what is the best way to connect this harness to a power source or is there an adaptor of some kind for this harness? I have seen vidoes of people using their portable tool battery with two wires with alligator clips but Im not too sure about that idea. Thanks in advance for all responses.

One of these power probes are very useful to do what you want, but nothing wrong with a battery and a couple wires. Just make sure you know what the pins in the plug do so you don’t damage anything.

I was going to say check amazon for a replacement connector and wire it up for testing... Until I saw the picture. Hoo doggy thats a big one. I'd go for the power probe instead!
