Special Thanks to Ron Liebert and his wife Who owns the 70 Firebird... Ron --would have been really hard to do this event without you guys.

Thunder--- Mike has made it all three years. Kudos..

Jeff (7T8 LT) who worked tirelessly to pull the event together at set up and tear down.

While last year's event greatly exceeded my expectations for employee turn out the down side was that we actually had a car get scratched last year with people trying to squeeze in to see it. This year was more in line with the initial attendance projections from last year which was steady and consistent all day.

The Norwood Workers greatly appreciated seeing the great cars there and they thank all of you who attended.

Me & Laura just rolled in. Almost drove over a bear a couple miles from home. Fortunantly for us that was the most exciting part about the drive home.

Our thanks to Phil & his wife and everyone else who was a part in this great event. We're already looking forward to next year.

It's a treat to meet and talk with the folks who actually put our cars together. This, along with the comradarie of all the attendies hanging out until all hours of the night friday & saturday is awesome.

One thing that stuck out in my mind about this show... when the participation awards were being given out... the gentleman from NY with the 69Z got out to get his award, and as he was getting back into his car, a shout from 1 of the retiree's came from the crowd - THANKS FOR BRINGING THAT CAR - to which his reply which was short & to the point - NO. THANK *YOU* for building it.

THAT'S what this show is about in a nutshell. IMO. Thanks again to all.

Thanks Phil, I will try my hardest to have a Norwood car next year. Although Red Orange and I seem to stir up trouble wherever we go.

MadMike, glad I finally got to me the man who started this great board!

My brother and I had a good time he's even started looking for a 74 Z28 like he use to own.

I just got my copies of the camaro magazine based in Sweden. The feature was Goran's trip to America which included the 2012 Norwood Gathering.

Featured: Ron's 70 COPO, Mike's copper Z28, and others... I have several copies to share and I will be getting these out over the next few days...nastyz members are getting European ink... How cool is that?

Thanks Phil for the invite. Had a great time as always, and actually got to talk to more of the retirees this year! If you see a guy around your car, or someone else's, all you had to do was say "Hi, what years did you work at the plant?" and the conversation took off. These guys were very proud of the product they built! I learn something new every year. So as long as Phil invites me, I will be going back to NORWOOD!:bowtie:

I'am going to try real hard to attend next years Reunion and Gathering, if Phil will accept my car. Sounds like a great time and would love to talk to some of the retirees. Jim
