As we're now in 2021, do you have a resolution, if so what? Me - I'm going to try to live in the moment more and worry less. I want to allow myself to enjoy more of what's happening around me. I'm not good at this.... In fact, it was my resolution last year. In my 43rd year of life, I really need to accept that things are going well.
I made the standard New Years Eve resolution I've made for the past 30+ years, not to make any New Years Resolutions!
Buy more guns. Buy more bullets. Buy more beer. Beer is good. It makes your liver stronger. Mine is twice the size it used to be.
Same as last year, My resolution for 2021 is not to make a resolution. Worked out well I thought last year.
I dont usually do these things but this year I will try *get a new job *lose 20-30 pounds *make my 67 mobile under its own steam or on someone else's trailer by year end. Preferably A. *plot the next muscle car vacation. We drove the cars from NJ to Asheville NC the last week of august. That was the best vacation I have had in years. Need to do it again, and for longer. +1 life is crazy and not guaranteed. This past 1-2 years has solidified that for me - losing my Mom, my wife having a bout with cancer, covid, all that crap. I am trying to get things into place to retire in ~9 years - age 60 - so I can enjoy life before I can't.
I turned 60 last Sunday, 2nd Colonoscopy on Tuesday, Hoping I live threw that! Without a bag ! lol Next few days are going to be fun !!
1) I hope to finally get a permanent job instead of short term contracts that I have been doing for the past 4 years after being laid off. 2) Go pick up my 72 Z28 and put it back together and get it running. 3) Be healthy and a overall good person---I already do this but do it better.
