4th gen question

    Wow, talk about a sig-hunter's dream :confused:

    I pulled the LT1 the same way Bonzo did. Unbolt the K-member, jack the front up with an engine hoist and slide everything out from underneath.

    I saw a pic of one coming through the top the other day, but I can't find it.

    I saw one of the shows take it out the top
    One of the exhaust manifolds had to be taken off,so the motor could spin in the compartment.

    i've pulled several 3.8s out from the top, and its not really a bad job at all...never tried with a v8 in a 4th gen
