Don't you have to have a class 2 to buy that, or is it for a pistolized AR, hehe..

This is for use with a pistol or an SBR on a form 1. You don't have to have the form 1 tax stamp prior to having it, just prior to assembling it on the rifle. If used of a pistol you're good to go.

This is a 5.56 chambered upper. No BCG or charging handle. Make an offer, it has to go.

FYI: It's my understanding that you cannot have any items mounted on the front rails that assist in steadying the barrel when used in a pistol configuration. Such as a forward grip as shown on r his one or a handle. If those items are present it will be considered an SBR and will need a stamp and local Sheriff to sign off on it.

ChevyReb, if it were a vertical forward grip that would be correct. However this one is an angular grip and that rule does not apply to this one. I do however have an sbr stamp.

Btw. I would like to keep the technicalities off the ad. I don't want people to reference what's said on here as fact.
