I have a very nice set of OER banana lights, but they don't seem to fit like I think they should. Anyone have OE installed lights that can post a close pic? I think maybe I need to find OE to fit properly.

Mine are pretty bad in comparison. The chrome trim ring can’t even be installed. I’ll have to post pics

There’s no way a chrome bezel is fitting. The angle is crooked too.

More than 1 way to skin a cat
These housing are an odd installation with fasteners only at the top and rubber bumpers at the bottom. Their position is EASILY altered by tweaking the 2 upper mount tabs and re shaping/shortening the lower rubber bumpers.

totally agree, just like alot of things a little manipulation goes along way. i think they normally call them adjustments .by the way the set i show in my pics are a extra set i redid stock with trimparts lens and gaskets along with knurled screws and true amber bulbs. the set on car have original stainless trim i polished during rebuild,i also used the original lens after polishing them. the units were kinda a chore to put back on considering how jacked the front was when i got it but i knew with the original parts time spent would be worth it in the end.
