Anyone recall what condition it was in when it sold for $9k on EBay? Of course the auction is long gone.

I've seen the fender cutout before.
But NOT on a 70 Camaro.

Agree, they must have pulled that fender off a 75 or so. That car should have the very early version with uncut hood bumper metal and the flat bottom driver inner fender. So many 70 only parts.
