Boy, who would think a car from back then would go for money like that.

I wish them luck with the sale. All about documentation. Numbers matching engine, but transmission and rear? And wrong tail pipes, Front spoiler on a 70?, center bar in grille should be body color (?), and I'd think we'd see repro Goodyear tires too for that expected bid. But I might be completely off base here? We'll see.....

Be interesting to see what an NOM L78 goes for. Seems to be a sharp car with only a few details missing.

As Dave quoted here i agree with what he quoted and more.. I've seen that car before for sale. Its very nice. Im very interested in seeing where it ends up. It looks nice but does have some very incorrect issues for the price they indicated.

Let's takes some guesses on sale price. Winner gets -----nothing.

My guess is a generous $45k depending on the size of the crowd, but this is a Saturday car which is usually the cream of the crop cars.

I'll say $50K because it's a nice car, but I would never pay that much for a car without the original motor unless it's a restomod or heavily customized. To me, it may as well be a clone because those are often period correct, too.
