Check that your harmonic balancer’s outer ring hasn’t shifted and is rubbing against the cover.
I’ve had this happen before. It turned out to be an exhaust leak. Sounds weird after trying everything else (belts, vacuum leak, etc). A simple manifold leak was the culprit.
Did you recently do a transmission replacement? If torque converter isn't installed right and not engaged properly, it will spin on the front pump and squeal and then it gets worse from there. Also check timing cover tang to make sure it isn't rubbing on balancer and check torque converter cover to make sure it isn't rubbing on flexplate.
A three foot piece of garden hose, one end at your ear, other end as a microphone. Usually get pretty close to the culprit.
