Looks really nice!
I agree, can't wait to see it in the sun.
Your camaro restoration looks amazing. What brand of paint did you use?
Thanks... I'll try to keep the pics updated as I go.
Thank you... I am looking forward to seeing it out in the sun.. it should pop!
Thank you.... I'll post some pics as soon as I get it out in the sun!
Thank you, this has been a lot of work so far... and a lot more to come! The paint is PPG Omni basecoat and PPG Ditzler clearcoat. The PPG Omni had the best Hugger Orange in my opinion. Nick and Nick's MuscleCar Station really likes this combo of paint... he had a top 10 truck at SEMA last year, his paint jobs are second to none.
It’s been a while since I posted on the progress of the car. Slowly but surely... lots of detail work going on. I carefully removed all the stainless steel trim from park lights and tail lights And sent them off to Paul’s Chrome for plating. It’s been a lot of work getting then bonded back into place, but it’s worth it... looks amazing. I’m sending everything to Paul’s Chrome, the bumpers and the headlight bezels also turned out amazing. I’ve added a sneak peak of the front end... damn this thing is turning our nice so far... wish me luck!!
Just went through this thread, NICE !! congrats on a restoration well done, beautiful workmanship, it will be worth every penny.
I like it except my black stripes would be gloss.
