"We suspect this car has been sitting outside for a time and we hope not with the top down"

LOL, what makes them think it even HAS a top?

POS from bumper to bumper IMO.

She's a rare one of one ever made. Marine interior, convertible, RS/SS, the boat AND the anchor in one package.
Git-R-Done.
Looks like a good parade car (I should have read the article first. It just looks like one) or off road adventurer unless the frame rails have disintegrated under thick bondo and paint.
"In need of some cosmetic attention" is a great phrase. Even the back bumper was kludged.

Is everyone sure this is not a one of one car GM made for celebrities as a gift , like this one for Glen Campbell?

Interesting. The seller for the one on FB says nothing about celebrity. Here's the ad FWIW.

This car was originally purchased in Southern California and made into a roadster through the Chevrolet dealership for the customer. It was used in parades in Los Angeles. Had a lot of work done to the motor but still matching numbers. The best offer takes it OBO FYI there is no top. It was cut off by GM

Glen Campbell's car doesn't look bad to me, but it still has the C-pillars which the FB car does not.

I can see Glen Campbell driving that drunk through the Phoenix streets then, when the cops chase him home, hiding in his panic room while they look for him.
This comment is based on a true story when he lived in the Biltmore, here in Phoenix. The good ol' days.

I remember seeing a mugshot of Glen Campbell for something back in the day, maybe DWI? I thought he was actually a damn good guitar player. You just didn't see it very often.

BTW, the FB Camaro is now $18K.
