screws hold them to the brackets.4 in the box and 2 under front of plate.
I ordered it thru Classic, and you are correct the sales rep was not too helpful or willing to do any type of research for me. Once I receive it I post on what came with it.I will be looking for a console for my 70 shortly as well. Best pricing Ive been able to find has been from SS396.
Regarding vendors, Summit has the best Customer Service. Classic struggles with customer service because in my opinion they have "young clerks" who do nothing more than look at computer screens. Knowledge is lacking. I just wish that one of the aftermarket manufacturers would use a little common sense and package a replacement "complete". Give me a price on the console with all the screws, all the brackets, all the buttons, all the plates, etc., so I can do the complete installation of it. I would not mind paying more knowing that I got "everything." Nothing has steamed my bean more than to purchase an item and now I need to go back and get the correct screws, minor brackets or electrical pigtails. More time, more money, more freight and more frustration. Please let me know where you purchase and also what was needed to complete the work.
Thanks for the feedback.Hey Guys,
So after I posted about my horrible experience with CI, one of their raps named Gabe reached out and fixed all the prior issues. I was able to speak with a different rep that was much more helpful & I have received almost all the parts. I am now looking for the bolts that hold the console to the floor brackets, anyone know where I may find these?
